Imperial Stout with Dates (Nitro)
For our first Imperial Stout, we added a copious amount of Medjool dates to make a thick and viscous mouthfeel with big aromas of date and dark fruit. At first sip, the lack of carbonation and the thick mouthfeel of a nitrogenated beer cross and hit your tongue as notes of chocolate, toast bread and dates flood your mouth. Aged for a full year in stainless steel and as smooth as silk, this Imperial Stout is the sipper we always want when celebrating.

Rubus American Wheat Ale with Raspberries
Raspberry, Raspberry, Raspberry! Our first brew day with a familiar sight behind the bar, Matt, finally happened! His choice was to make an American Wheat Ale loaded with one of the most iconic fruits people love, raspberry. Low bitterness and color have allowed the bucket loads of raspberry that we added to the fermenter to really shine through. A wonderful aroma of raspberry wafts out of the glass. As you sip, you get a subtle flavor of raspberry on the front of your pallet with a lovely light tanic bitterness on the end. Lightly tart and dry, Rubus is infinitely drinkable, as long as you like one thing: raspberry.

Dampfbier
Our take on this rarely-seen Bavarian style, Dampfbier ("dampf" means steam) is a hybrid of a Marzen grain bill using a fruity banana-driven Hefeweizen yeast. Smelling of subtle banana and warming spices and tasting crisp and clean with a touch of toast and maltiness, our rendition of this historic German-style will surprise and delight you.

Irish Stout

Cream Ale
Our American Cream Ale is clean and crisp, tasting like the boutique corn that we used and highly thirst-quenching with just the right amount of carbonation. Using Heritage Barley Malt and a good charge of German Noble Hops only adds to this beer's seasonal drinkability.

La Saison Côtière
This saison uses Heirloom Eraclea barley grown on the Adriatic which is known for its aromatics. We added lots of two varieties of hops, both grown in central Europe and known for their assertive bitterness and traditional flavor profiles. The hops allow the unique yeast blend to come forward and capture the essence of this saison. Hints of spice, earth, and pepper play on the tongue from the adjunct heavy spelt, rye, and oat grains used to supplement and offset the fruit esters provided by the traditional yeast strains.

A first take at a kettle sour was done in collaboration with our friend and bartender Jon at his request. This entry-level sour will tingle your tongue with its tartness without causing you acid reflux and to lose the taste in your mouth. Dry hopped with Citra Hops, it has a wonderful grapefruit bouquet, a quick zesty flavor, and an extremely clean finish making you thirst for more! Drinkable and approachable, this is a wonderful way to enter the kettle sour world.

Czech Pale Lager 10° Plato
Brewed using heirloom barley grown in the Czech Republic, malted on the floor in the old way, and hopped heavily using hops grown in the same region, our Czech Pale Lager is our new world version of an old world beer. Our interpretation of the style started its life as a "10 Plato" beer and was fermented cold using a traditional Czech yeast to the point of dryness. Lagered for a pandemic, our Czech Pale Lager is unfiltered, crystal clear, crisp, and thirst quenching.

Ci-Wheat American Wheat Ale
The next hoppy thing, Ci-Wheat is a merging of an American Wheat Ale and Citra Hops. Say You, Say Me: Pink Boots '20 NEIPA
A NEIPA brewed to promote women in the brewing industry, Say You, Say Me introduced Amy and Sam to a brew day at GCBC with Jeff. Pink boots were worn, laughs were had, and Jeff could be heard muttering under his breath in a frustrated fashion at how often the camera showed up. This NEIPA takes the custom Pink Boots 2020 blend of hops and adds highlights in Citra and Mosaic to make a slightly more bitter version of our rotating IPA series. Look for notes of candied orange, melon, and tropical fruit.
Devilish Mitts
Ever had a chocolate cordial? That’s what we were aiming at with this dark chocolate and tart cherry stout with just a hint of vanilla. Come on in and get your devilish mitts on the darker side of beer.
Session NEIPA
Using three different varieties of hops, Huell Melon, Amarillo, and El Dorado, our New England style IPA has a low restrained bitterness and off-dry finish. Pick up notes of candied apricot, peach, melon, and subtle citrus as you enjoy on our patio this summer.
Oatmeal Stout
Made with large amounts of Jeff’s second favorite breakfast food bring protein to the table in our Oatmeal Stout. Enjoy the flavors of bittersweet roasted malt ending with a mild sweet finish in this dark, full-bodied English ale.

Fables: Hainuwele, The Coconut Girl
Our next iteration of a New England IPA presents with tons of stone fruit notes driven by our house IPA yeast strain followed up with gentle notes of tropical and citrus fruits. Notes of pineapple and coconut cream dominate the pillowy mouthfeel followed up with citrus notes with a moderate bitterness making a highly drinkable NEIPA with Sabro, Mosaic, and Bru-1.
Honey Bunches of Kolsch
We took our smooth easy drinking Kolsch and added a subtle amount of raw clover honey. The honey leaves a nuanced amount of floral honey notes abs just a touch of sweetness and mouth feel.
Fables Series: Feathertop IPA
The latest release in our Fables series, this Hazy IPA uses a copious amount of wheat and oats to incite a fluffy mouthfeel from all the proteins keeping the yeast in solution to increase haze. We used a Citra hops and the new Experimental Bru-1 and backed it up with a subtle touch of El Dorado.
Kolsch Too
Drastically different than our fan-favorite Kolsch, this fresh iteration of one of our most popular styles uses a Cologne area malt, Hallertau Mittelfruh noble hops, and a soft water profile. Finishing slightly sweet and extremely drinkable at 4.5% ABV, Kolsch Too represents the other side of the Kolsch flavor spectrum. Enjoy Kolsch Too out of a traditional 8oz. sang.

Dunkelweiss
A dark wheat beer from Germany, this highly quaffable traditional style has refrained notes of banana and spice with a touch of caramel sweetness and a light finish which makes for some refreshing drinking.
Blonde Ale with Maple Syrup
We took one of our initial releases, our blonde ale, and added a healthy dose of Vermont Amber Maple Syrup. Fermented cool for a clean approachable drinker with just a hint of caramel and resin.
Farmhouse Pale Ale
We took a traditional Spelt Belgian farmhouse base and fermented it cool with a Wallonian farmhouse yeast to reduce the yeast character. After fermentation, we dry-hopped the entire batch with Southern Hemisphere hops and a huge amount of lemon for a kicked up aroma and flavor. We then carbonated it extremely high to create a light lemon-citrus beer that brightens the palate and quenches the thirst! With the soul of a saison and the character of a NEIPA, this hybrid will leave you wanting for more.
Bennu: Arianna Pale Ale
The first in a new series of single hop beers from Granite Coast. Our Bennu series is designed to highlight the new hops that are constantly becoming available. Using the same base for every new version will allow us to try these new varietals to get a feeling on how they will present themselves when used. We have included the hop farm sensory notes so you can compare the hop character for yourself!
This beer is fruity, with an intense black currant and gooseberry character. Its citrus high notes, especially grapefruit, create slight resinous and herbal tones.
