Our American Cream Ale is clean and crisp, tasting like the boutique corn that we used and highly thirst-quenching with just the right amount of carbonation. Using Heritage Barley Malt and a good charge of German Noble Hops only adds to this beer's seasonal drinkability.
Our Kölsch is crisp and easy drinking, a perfect thirst quencher for warmer days. This ale/lager hybrid is the best of both worlds and one of our favorite styles.
A light and fruity from down undah, we used a straight forward malt bill with a very characteristic yeast and hops from the region to produce a higher carbonated, lightly bittered refreshing drink with a fruitiness that will leave you fostering a love for this beer.
Big and clean with a more aggressive bitterness, this young version of our Pre-Prohibition Lager exhibits light sweetness from its enormous majority corn-based grain bill with a slight hint of sulfur due to its short lagering span.
This year’s Pink Boots Collaboration is an American Pale Ale. Designed to highlight the hops blended by the Pink Boots Society (Ahtanum, El Dorado, HBC 638, & Idaho 7). Enjoy aromas of apricot and citrus with a hint of pine resin.
The Pink Boots Society supports women in the brewing industry. Our lady staff and friends helped brew this special edition! A portion of the proceeds of this beer will support Pink Boots Society.
Our first foray into the Southern Hemisphere hop world, Fables: Mimi uses huge amounts of aromatic rich Australian Galaxy and Enigma hops backed up with a new experimental hop that only has a numerical designation! Notes of tropical fruit, white wine and sweet berries play off the tongue as you take your first sip. A pleasant bitterness with flavors of fruit and berry continue across your tongue as you continue to breathe in the aromatics that make Australian hops so desirable!
Pulpy pithy flavors emanate from Mi*Mo*Sa as the pounds of Valencia orange burst out of this American Wheat Ale. If that wasn't enough juiciness, we then re-fermented this beer on just as many smashed Cara Cara oranges and tangerines and carbed it fizzy perfection.
We combined the New and Old World in this complex dedication to angels. Brewed with a plentiful amount of whole hibiscus, and layered with rose hips, cranberry and citrus for complexity, Seraphine is as nuanced as the finest red wine.
CAN POUR ONLY
ABV 6.6% Allergy Warning: hibiscus, rose hips, barley, yeast, hops
Raspberry, Raspberry, Raspberry! Our first brew day with a familiar sight behind the bar, Matt, finally happened! His choice was to make an American Wheat Ale loaded with one of the most iconic fruits people love, raspberry. Low bitterness and color have allowed the bucket loads of raspberry that we added to the fermenter to really shine through. A wonderful aroma of raspberry wafts out of the glass. As you sip, you get a subtle flavor of raspberry on the front of your pallet with a lovely light tanic bitterness on the end. Lightly tart and dry, Rubus is infinitely drinkable, as long as you like one thing: raspberry.
A smooth, clear, copper colored lager with faint hints of honey and biscuit, our Festbier was brewed specifically to celebrate Oktoberfest. Moderately bitter and designed to be drank by the liter, our rendition of this traditional style should remind you of the halls of Munich.
Our take on the iconic "California Steam Beer," this hybrid ale/lager has interesting characteristics of both. Slightly malty with a hint of biscuit and moderate hop bitterness, Golden Bear opens up and becomes more complex with notes of caramel and mint as it warms.
Gruit is a historical family of beers brewed in the low countries of Europe without hops. Our interpretation uses plentiful amounts of elderflower, lemongrass and grapefruit peel in this unique representation of an exotic early farmhouse ale. Notes of passionfruit, citrus, and black and white pepper surround a light malty backbone with a light herbaceous bitterness.
Our Sofia Radler is made with the perfect blend of our German Pilsner and refreshing lemonade or limeade. Not too sweet, not too tart, enjoy this easy refresher.
ABV 3.5% Allergy Warning: real juice, barley, yeast, hops
A favorite style of our friend and carpenter, Tom Ellis, we crafted Red Hot Moon with him to help exhibit this oddball historical style. Brewed with a huge amount of red rice and a touch of raw sugar, a Kentucky Common is a uniquely American Pre-Prohibition style very similar to a Steam beer or a Cream Ale. Red Hot Moon presents crisp and dry, yet with a slightly malty/rice sweetness that makes it infinitely drinkable. Named after a song of Tom’s favorite band, Rancid, we feel it is perfect to pair with your favorite punk bands. A portion of can sales will benefit the Ipswich River Watershed Association.
Copper in appearance, our ESB offers balanced layers of toffee with caramelized dates and figs. Featuring a large charge of bittering hops and a good amount of East Kent Goldings for aromatics, our ESB will bring you back to the heart of London during the industrial revolution.
This Autumnal Spiced Beer is an Amber Ale that is infused with green cardamom, all spice, ginger, clove, nutmeg, Saigon cinnamon, and Ceylon cinnamon from Salem Spice.
Finally, a dark beer to placate the masses! Smooth and clean drinking with a dash of roast and chocolate notes on the finish, our robust porter is a new addition to our dark beer line. Dark brown with a pretty tan head, this beer drinks exactly like you want it to, easy.
Indulge in a dark symphony of flavors with our Vanilla Bourbon Imperial Stout. With each sip, experience the harmonious dance of chocolate and coffee, while waves of oak-infused bourbon cascade over your senses. Delight in the deep whispers of vanilla, a nostalgic reminder of our beloved Pre-Granite Coast Brewing era. This stout is a timeless classic for any occasion.
